Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.

Shipping Time

HydroJet ships to customers in multiple countries.

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on the destination, local carrier, customs processing, and other shipping conditions.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

HydroJet is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Incorrect Shipping Information

HydroJet is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered to an incorrect address because of inaccurate information provided during checkout.
